QUALITY SYSTEM
The Technical Research Centre of Finland (VTT) has on
Oct. 28, 2002, certified the quality system of Mica Elektro
Oy Ltd. as compliant to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
As our Quality System states, the main goal is to sustain
and continually improve the high standard of quality in
our products and their supplementary functions. For our
customers, a certified quality system means from year to
year a higher competence of Mica products and services.
Our operations are divided into processes, whose advancement
is monitored continuously. In addition to using established
evaluation tools, we aim to the develop our functions trough
being responsive to customer comments. To this end, we ask
our customers to give us feedback by filling in our comment
form
QUALITY POLICY
Mica Elektro Oy Ltd. is devoted to supply products fulfilling
the specified quality criteria requirements as to their
safe use, compatibility with established regulations and
reliability in service. Our employees are committed to operate
at the level of the expectations set on us by our internal
and external customers. We aim to satisfy the needs of our
customer by continual quality improvements in our products,
services and functions through auditing the results of our
quality efforts and communicating the QC records and the
principles of our quality control system to our personnel.
These goals we strive to reach in cooperation with our
personnel by training, systematic work instruction and distributed
responsibility on quality control and other functions defined
in our quality control system.
The main principles of our quality policy are:
- On-going monitoring and improvement of company performance
and quality achievements.
- Training and education of company personnel in our quality
policy.
