Mica Elektro Oy Ltd. is a Finland-based company that was founded in 1983. In the past 28 years the company has grown to be one of the leading manufacturers of professional and portable lamps in the whole world. The wide selection of rechargeable MICA flashlights also includes ATEX / EX-approved (Intrinsically Safe) models for hazardous areas, helmet and cap lamps for mines, lamps for military, safety, police and rescue tasks, signalling lights for railway traffic use, lamps equipped with IR or UV-lenses etc. Most models are available with emergency function (EM) - when set in MICA charger the lamp detects power outages and turn on the lamp automatically.
