As of 02.09.2011 Teknopower Oy has obtained all shares of Mica Elektro Oy Ltd. MICA will continue as an individual company and its operations and all established relationships will continue as before. MICA product name will be even stronger in the future. The new owner will support MICA technologically and financially and also share its long-term experience in international business development. With the help of the new owner company Teknopower Oy MICA will be prepared for the future possibilities of the market.
